Ohio born and raised, I am a Cincinnati native and proud Ohio State graduate who built my career here at home. The values of this region shape how I lead, advise, and serve.
I am a real estate professional and nonprofit president focused on building things that last. In my professional work, I specialize in retail investment advisory as part of Marcus & Millichap’s Patton-Wiles-Fuller Group, advising shopping center owners and private investors across Ohio and the Midwest.
Beyond brokerage, I serve as the founder and president of the Theodore Lybrook Memorial Foundation, an agricultural scholarship fund supporting students in Preble County, Ohio. The fund reflects my family’s agricultural roots and my belief in investing in the next generation of rural leadership.

Real Estate
I advise shopping center owners and retail investors across Ohio and the Midwest on how to evaluate, position, and maximize their real estate assets.
As a retail investment advisor with Marcus & Millichap’s Patton-Wiles-Fuller Group, I specialize in the sale and advisory of multi-tenant shopping centers. My work centers on understanding each asset beyond the headline cap rate. Tenant mix, lease structure, expense recoveries, tax positioning, and long-term ownership goals all matter.

Theodore Lybrook Memorial Foundation
The Theodore Lybrook Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the life, values, and legacy of Theodore “Ted” Lybrook, a lifelong farmer, steward of the land, and devoted member of the agricultural community.
Ted grew up with a deep connection to the land and took over the family farm, carrying forward generations of dedication, responsibility, and pride in family farming.
This scholarship program exists to support students pursuing education in agriculture, farming, and related fields, ensuring that Ted’s passion for the land and for future generations of farmers lives on through education.
Off The Clock
I serve as the commissioner of my fantasy football league. I regularly attend Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and Ohio State games when possible.
I spend time at Norris Lake and enjoy boating. I am scuba certified and travel to Florida for diving.
I listen primarily to rap music, including Gucci Mane, Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Mac Miller, and Lil Wayne.
My closest friends are my former roommates from Ohio State. Although we now live in different parts of the country, we remain very close. I am also very close with my family.
